Small Group Personal Training


The Fitness Center for Women oiffers an affordable small group personal training program for all fitness levels specifically designed to give you measurable results in as little as six weeks. Our program focuses on cardiovascular exercise, resistence training, core stability training, and proper nutrition.


Small group personal training offers the benefits or working with a personal trainer at a fraction of the cost. All of our workouts are built with different levels of fitness in mind. In groups of 3-4 women, you will receive motivation, support, and the benefit of an experienced personal trainer helping you reach your fitness goals at an affordable cost.

Diva Boot Camp


Our Diva Boot Camp is the original women's only fitness boot camp in the Bristol area that burns fat, gets you fit, and challenges your body every time! Since March of 2009 we have been helping women lose weight, burn fat, and improve their physical strength. Our experienced certified fitness professionals provide a safe, effective and fun workout each session in a motivating and non-intimidating club atmosphere!


Becoming a Fitness Diva means working hard to become the best that you can possibly be while being supported and pushed by other women who share the same goals as you! At Diva Boot Camp there is no in your face yelling, only positive encouragement. The primary goal of the Diva Boot Camp is to help each participant reach her ultimate level of total wellness. While fitness relates only to the physical dimension, wellness encompasses every dimension of you as a total person: spiritual, physical, emotional, intellectual, and social. Experience the difference in our total body approach to exercise. Let us challenge you with a different workout each session and help you avoid plateaus and boredom and build confidence and self esteem!


  • 45-60 minute sessions

Our Certified Personal Trainers will guide you toward your fitness objectives - no matter what your current level of fitness is. You will see and feel the results. We allow you to achieve your ultimate fitness goals through customized personal training sessions that combine classic strength training with modern innovation.


Our packages are personalized and custom-built to find the most effective way for our clients to meet their goals. We cater to their individual needs, providing safe, effective workout strategies customized to each client. We do not use fads or gimmicks nor do we promote unhealthy practices. Instead, we believe in helping our clients achieve overall wellness attained through hard work and dedication resulting in a change in lifestyle. Our workouts are creative, challenging, exciting and designed to get you the results that you are looking for!
