Group Cycling

Our indoor cycling classes incorporate hill climbs, cardio challenges and endurance segments to get your heart pumping and burn calories!

Group Fitness

 

The Fitness Center for Women offers over 25 group fitness classes each week including Zumba, indoor cycling, power step, barbell body blast, and core body fusion. Our group fitness studio is 1200 square feet and can comfortably accommodate 20-25 women.

Yoga

 

We offer a variety of yoga classes and workshops for students of all levels that include gentle yoga, restorative yoga, power yoga, and all levels yoga.
