Group Cycling

Our indoor cycling classes incorporate hill climbs, cardio challenges and endurance segments to get your heart pumping and burn calories!

Group Fitness


The Fitness Center for Women offers over 30 group fitness classes each week including Zumba, Cardio Kickboxing, Hoopnotica Fit, indoor cycling, power step, barbell body blast, and core body fusion. Our group fitness studio is 1200 square feet and can comfortably accomodate 20-25 women.



We offer a variety of yoga classes and workshops for students of all levels that include gentle yoga, restorative yoga, power yoga, all levels yoga and yoga sculpt.
