Group Exercise Class Descriptions
Aerobics class combines high and low intensity aerobics for an awesome fat burning workout for all fitness levels!
Cycle & Circuit combines intervals of cycling with timed intervals of strength training using a variety of equipment.
Cycle 45 focuses on cardio challenges, hill climbs, varying speeds and resistance, and endurance segments. Cycle 45 participants are able to control
their own resistance,
speed, and intensity and are encouraged to work at their own pace.
Gentle Yoga is great for beginners as well as practicing students and focuses on building strength and relaxation through warm ups and a mixed series of postures as well as incorporating a mini gentle flow.
HoopnoticaFit is a low impact, fat burning workout that strengthens your core, increases energy, improves flexibility, promotes balance and coordination, and relieves stress! Burn 300-600 calories an hour and have a blast while doing it!
Kickbox Cardio Circuit will allow you to build strength, increase endurance, and develop coordination using heavy bags, focus pads, and interval training. Proper technique and instruction will be given. Gloves are recommended.
On the Ball classes use a stability ball to promote and increase flexibility, balance, core strength, and stability.
Power Yoga is a vinyasa yoga class that focuses on the foundations of power yoga, body alignment, physical conditioning, and mindfulness. The class is excellent for new and all levels students.
Pure Strength is strength and toning class that uses a variety of weight training equipment including stability balls, dumbbells, steps and bands! Targets every major muscle group, and ends with abdominal work and stretching.
Strength & Ab-Solution is a strength training class that uses high repetition movements to help you burn fat and increase strength while also targeting the core to help improve functional strength and assist with injury prevention.
Toning classes use lighter weights with higher reps to strengthen and shape the upper and lower body.
TNT (Tone-n-Tighten) develops every major muscle group in an efficiently paced, 45 minute long workout. TNT promotes flexibility, muscular strength and endurance using a variety ofresistence opeitons and also incorporates ab work and stretching.
Zumba is a fitness program inspired by Latin dance and combines Latin rhythms with cardiovascular exercise to create an aerobic routine that is fun and easy to follow.
Zumba Gold is a low intensity but high-energy dance fitness class for older adults & true beginners. A great workout for the mind, body, and soul but most importantly for your heart!
