Fitness Cross Taining Program is a NEW large froup training program that allows our clients to learn and build upon new skills and techniques each week in a progressive style workout. Designed to
give maximum results with minimum injuries each session has a specific focus.
During a tyoical 4 week cycle you will utilize kettlebells, bosu balls, medicine balls, punching bags, free weights, jump ropes, treadmills, and spin bikes. Bootcamp style classes, kettlebell
training. core workouts, and HIIT training are all part of this unique cross training program!
Advanced registration is required and group size is limited to 10 participants.
Our next 4 week session begins on April 27th.
