Our fitness studio offers authentic yoga for all levels of practitioners. Our experienced and highly skilled teachers offer the highest quality instruction in an environment where everyone feels welcome, no matter what your previous experience or fitness level. Our classes are designed to engage not only your body, but your mind and spirit as well. We offer a variety of classes that include gentle yoga, restorative yoga, power yoga, all levels yoga and yoga sculpt. Each month we also offer a two hour yoga workshop.

Designed for women by women, our Fusion Fitness Cross Taining Program is a NEW large froup training program that allows our clients to learn and build upon new skills and techniques each week in a progressive style workout. Designed to give maximum results with minimum injuries each session has a specific focus. 

 

During a tyoical 4 week cycle you will utilize kettlebells, bosu balls, medicine balls, punching bags, free weights, jump ropes, treadmills, and spin bikes. Bootcamp style classes, kettlebell training. core workouts, and HIIT training are all part of this unique cross training program! 

 

Advanced registration is required and group size is limited to 10 participants.

 

Our next 4 week session begins on December 1st.

With over 30 classes per week led by 10 certified group exercise instructorsare who average over 15 years of experience. our classes are exciting, challenging, and safe! You are not going to find repetitive, pre choreographed classes in our studio! Our instructors create their own routines ensuring that they are always fun and never boring. When you walk through the doors of our group fitness studio you will find a commited instructor ready to help tone your body, increase your strength, and burn the fat!
