Our fitness studio offers authentic yoga for all levels of practitioners. Our experienced and highly skilled teachers offer the highest quality instruction in an environment where everyone feels welcome, no matter what your previous experience or fitness level. Whether you're a beginner or a serious yogi, wanting a relaxing, restorative experience or the most intense of workouts, we have a class that's right for you. Our classes are designed to engage not only your body, but your mind and spirit as well. Our focus is to inspire, empower, and support our students not only in their yoga practice, but in their everyday lives. Open yourself to the power of yoga and the promise of strength, well-being, balance, and self-discovery.

 

We offer a variety of classes that include gentle yoga, restorative yoga, power yoga, and all levels yoga. Each month we also offer a two hour yoga workshop.

 

New members get their first 30 days of unlimited yoga for $30.

Diva Boot Camp

Diva Boot Camp is the ONLY Boot Camp program in the area that is designed for women by women! 

 

Our Diva Boot Camp has helped countless women transform their lives since 2009! We use only positive coaching techniques to support, encourage and motivate...but make no mistake, this program is not for the weary! Our interval style training method incorporates strength training and cardiovascular trining into every workout. During a typical 4 week cycle you will utilize kettlebells, bosu balls, medicine balls, punching bags, free weights, jump ropes, treadmills, and spin bikes. Classes are held both indoors and outdoors. Diva Boot Camp is challenging, unique, safe, and FUN!

Group Exercise

 

We have the best group exercise program in the Bristol area and we aren't afraid to say it! With over 25 classes per week led by 10 certified group exercise instructors who average over 15 years of experience. our classes are exciting, challenging, and safe! You are not going to find repetitive, pre choreographed classes in our studio! Our instructors create their own routines ensuring that they are always fun and never boring. When you walk through the doors of our group fitness studio you will find a commited instructor ready to help tone your body, increase your strength, and burn the fat!
