Our fitness studio offers authentic yoga for all levels of practitioners. Our experienced and highly skilled teachers offer the highest quality instruction in an environment where everyone feels welcome, no matter what your previous experience or fitness level. Whether you're a beginner or a serious yogi, wanting a relaxing, restorative experience or the most intense of workouts, we have a class that's right for you. Our classes are designed to engage not only your body, but your mind and spirit as well. Our focus is to inspire, empower, and support our students not only in their yoga practice, but in their everyday lives. Open yourself to the power of yoga and the promise of strength, well-being, balance, and self-discovery.


We offer a variety of classes that include gentle yoga, restorative yoga, power yoga, all levels yoga and yoga sculpt. Each month we also host a free karma class to raise both money and awareness for organizations in our local community.

Resistance, Interval, Power, Plyometrics, Endurance, Diet. These components will shock your body with an incredible and fun workout!


This high intensity program utilizes free weights, resistance and body weight to help you attain and maintain your physique. Each component of the workout provides a uniquely different emphasis or system response, so your body never gets accustomed to the constantly changing format.


Along with driving, motivating music, participants jam through RIPPED with smiles, determination and strength. RIPPED is effective for all levels; it’s tough yet doable. Participants achieve undeniable, ultimate results in minimal time, boasting 750-1000 calories burned in just 50 minutes. It’s a “One Stop Body Shock”!

We are looking for a group of women who are ready to push themselves a little harder than they are used to and challenge themselves to become the best that they can possibly be! Our Boot Camp Challenge will last for 8 weeks and will incorporate bodyweight exercises, strength training with weights, core training, endurance, and cardiovascular training. Our group sessions meet at 5:30 am and 7:00 am on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday for 50 minutes. If you are ready for a change in 2014 and looking for a fun, exciting, and motivating way to lose weight, gain strength, tone up and feel great then our Boot Camp Challenge is for you!
